I’m rebuilding the person that I want to be.

As a result of finding and falling into Genius, I found kindness and care for myself. I’m a lot more understanding of what it takes to look after myself. I slowed down, and now I have reflection. I’m rebuilding the person that I want to be. I’m learning how to be vulnerable, and I communicate so much better with honesty and integrity.

What I find most helpful is Jay’s voice in my head saying ‘Calm, balance, ease, stillness and peace,’ when my stress levels get high, and it instantly helps me.

I joined Genius at the lowest point in my life, after a breakup.
